Vietnam’s True Milk seeks to build farm, dairy plant in Russia

VLADIVOSTOK, Apr 19 (PRIME) -- Vietnam’s leading dairy producer True Milk is looking for a site in Russia’s Far East to build a full-cycle dairy product facility, the Far East Development Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

“CEO of the Far East Development Agency for investment attraction and export support Leonid Petukhov together with the regional authorities and company representatives will look at the sites suitable for creation of a potential feeding base, and nearby free sites to build the farms,” the ministry said.

According to the statement, the authorities will also offer opportunities in other Russian Far East regions to the Vietnamese company.
